Our team is made up of dedicated, loving professionals who are continuously training to provide for your child to the best of their ability. We aim to ensure each member of our team has a full enhanced DBS, safe guarding and first aid certificates meaning you can be secure in the knowledge that your child is in a safe, as well as loving, environment.

Here at Blue Sky our team is made up of Nursery Nurses and Apprentices who all have, or are working towards, their Level 3 in childcare. We provide continued training to make sure our team is kept up to date with important information needed to safeguard your children to the best of their ability.

Management and Administration

Blue Sky Day Nursery is lead by an amazing Administration team; consisting of our Owner, Area Manager and Nursery Manger.

Our Management team is here for you.

Room Leaders

Each of our rooms are lead by a dedicated Room Leader. They work with their team to plan fun topics and activates for the children.

Nursery Nurses

Here at Blue Sky our team includes Nursery Nurses who are trained and qualified to look after our children. Our Nursery Nurses are Certified with at least a Level 3 and have opportunities to get further qualifications.

Nursery Assistants and Apprentices

Nursery assistants are qualified members of staff, who have at least a Level 1 qualification in Childcare. Our assistants are advised and encouraged to take on a Level 3 qualification with us, so that they can become Level 3 certified Nursery Nurses.

Enhanced Ratio

Here at Blue Sky we look after children with many different needs. To provide the best environment for all of our children we look to hire Enhanced Ratio and One-to-One staff members.

Culinary Team

Our cooks make fresh home made meals every day for the Children.
